Why cleanse?

Simply by living our bodies build up toxins over time. Particularly in this modern world, where there are lot of toxins in the environment and in our food.

Cleansing is a time honored practice carried out throughout the world by humans in traditional cultures and animals too.

By eating simply and limiting our activity for a period of time, we give our bodies a chance to do some deep healing and repair work. Overall you can think of it similar to doing spring cleaning or a home renovation. It is a bit of an inconvenience while you’re doing it, but afterwards things are much improved.

Once the cleanse is complete, you will be noticeably lighter with:
