Life tends to be busy, and it is easy to lose sight of how important it is to take good care of yourself.

What your Experience Will Look Like
Arrive late morning on Sunday, October 20th and be greeted by our inviting event space and with a warm cup of fresh lemongrass ginger tea. Lemongrass is soothing and calming, while ginger is balancing and gently warming - a perfect combo to balance the mixed qualities of fall!
Once everyone is settled in Gabriel will share some inpsiring ideas on how you can stay grounded and cozy in your body throughout the fall season. At the end, there will be brief question and answer session, and then we’ll all enjoy lunch together.
Your Instructor & Chef
Gabriel is a health coach and artisanal ayurvedic chef. He has been cooking professionally for 18 years and studying and practicing Ayurveda for 12. His approach to healthy living is that it should be simple, engaging, and delicious!
12 years ago after living in a mold infested house for a year on Maui, he got very sick. That was the beginning of his deep journey into healing using Ayurveda; an ancient science of health and longevity from India. He has developed an accessible and powerful approach to living in a way that supports your optimal health.
Families Are Welcome!
Good health is best sustained through joyful cooperation with family and community. Bring your partner, spouse, children, or any other loved ones you’d like to. This event will be especially helpful for people who live together to get organized and motivated about how to take great care of one another this fall season.
Children aged 6 to 13 can attend half price for 15$
Children under 5 attend free, but please do let us know they are coming!
In Collaboration with Aly Schruben & JYOTI Vedic Meditation
Aly is one of Gabriel's meditation teachers, and they share a passion for good food and healthy living; she is helping to organize and host the event. She is a technologist turned a Vedic Meditation teacher. Vedic Meditation came into her life after two decades of working on Wall Street in technology transformation and it was only then the impact of stress was highlighted for her. A simple transcending technique (an ancient technology), Vedic Meditation gives one a profound transformation as a person. She felt more energy, mental clarity, and her baseline experience is saturated with more curiosity and playfulness. It can work for you too!
Treat yourself to a delicious healthy lunch, great fuel for your cooking inspiration, and friendly support on how to optimally care for your body and mind this fall season!
